Refund policy

Since all items are hand made and unique, rather than risking shipping and damaging an item sending it back, I do not issue refunds. Please contact me at bewitchingwisps@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order if there is a problem and I will try my best to resolve the issue. 

Once a package is in possession of the postal service, I have no control over where or when a package is delivered. All packages will have a tracking number. If the package is delivered to a wrong address, incorrectly inputted address, or wrong delivery box, I cannot assume responsibility. However, if this does happen, contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 2 days of delivery confirmation at bewitchingwisps@gmail.com.
